Omar Garcia Navarro is the founder and owner of ELO Inspection Services, LLC. Omar's interest in the construction trades began when he started working as a mason, carpenter, handy man assistant at the tender age of 11 in Mexico City. Omar constructed 100's of houses, all while finishing school to earn his high school diploma. Omar construction skills and experience gave him the opportunity to work and complete multiple projects in NYC, MD and DC.

Omar Garcia Navarro is a licensed home inspector and the owner of ELO Inspection Services, LLC. He received his home inspection training and certification from Home Inspection Training Academy in Virginia. Omar earned his "inspection chops" working as an inspector assistant and report writer at Capitol Hill Home Inspection in Washington D.C. for more than 3 years, where he performed thousands of inspections!
Omar continued his studies at LaGuardia Community College in Long Island City, New York, earning his associate's degree in Civil Engineering.
Omar is currently working in getting a second degree in Architectural/Construction Technology Degree at Montgomery College.
